Bell Park Pavilion

Bell Park Pavilion delivers a new amenities and change room facility aligned with contemporary soccer guidelines, with a strong focus on inclusive, female-friendly design. AVOR was engaged to create a practical, high-performing building that supports players, umpires, and the broader community, while working within a tightly controlled budget.

The design balances durability and expression. Robust brickwork forms the base of the building, providing long-term resilience in high-impact areas. Above, lightweight prefinished cladding reduces cost and ongoing maintenance, ensuring a practical outcome without compromising appearance.

A bold blue façade draws directly from the club’s colours, giving the pavilion a clear identity and strong visual presence within the grounds. Internally, the layout efficiently accommodates player change rooms, umpire facilities, and accessible amenities, creating a functional and welcoming environment for all users.

The result is a cost-effective yet considered facility—proof that thoughtful design can deliver both performance and character under constraint.
