Yarra Yarra Golf Club

As part of a newly designated precinct at Yarra Yarra, AVOR was engaged to design and superintend the construction of a covered driving range, professional teaching suite, and supporting amenities. This project continues AVOR’s strong track record in golf facility design, building on experience at clubs including Woodlands, Lara, and Keilor.

The architecture is focused on delivering a premium practice experience. A refined palette of sleek steel structure and prefinished lightweight cladding creates a clean, contemporary expression that feels both durable and elevated. The roof form is a defining feature—striking when viewed from the clubhouse and equally impressive from beneath, where it frames the practice bays and enhances the overall atmosphere.

Carefully considered planning ensures the teaching suite and amenities integrate seamlessly with the range, supporting both casual players and professional coaching. The result is a cohesive, high-performance facility that strengthens the club’s offering and elevates the everyday experience of practice.
