Parsons Football Soccer Pavilion

A local community project, AVOR was engaged to provide full design and superintendent services from concept through to completion for two new pavilion buildings within a growing sporting precinct. The brief called for facilities that could support multiple codes and serve as true community hubs.

The new cricket pavilion has been designed to operate year-round, providing change rooms and amenities for both cricket and AFL seasons. It includes a generous social space, commercial kitchen, and office areas, with facilities carefully positioned to serve both senior and junior ovals. The adjoining tennis pavilion offers similar functionality, with a welcoming social area, canteen, office space, and modern change facilities.

A bold architectural language and vibrant colour palette define both buildings, creating a strong sense of identity across the precinct. These expressive forms not only enhance visibility but also establish a cohesive and energetic gathering place for players, spectators, and the wider community.
